skills, and I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. My approach to treatment is based on cognitive-behavioral therapy along with a holistic view of mind and body health.
My personal view of counseling encompasses tailoring therapy to meet the needs of each individual client. I also incorporate faith into the therapeutic process for those who desire.
