Professional Counselors. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive
disorder, ADHD, difficulties with emotion regulation, difficulties with interpersonal skills, and
marital and family difficulties. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical
Behavior Therapy. My approach to treatment is based on cognitive-behavioral therapy along with a
holistic view of mind and body health.
My personal view of counseling encompasses tailoring therapy to meet the needs of each individual client. I also incorporate faith into the therapeutic process for those who desire.
